Howard & Howard Expands Las Vegas Office

Royal Oak, Michigan, February 7, 2012: Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC is pleased to announce that Seaton J. Curran has joined the firm. He will practice out of the firm’s Las Vegas Office.
Mr. Curran concentrates his practice on intellectual property. He has experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications with a focus on mechanical, electrical and computer technologies. He prepares and files patent applications and performs patentability searches, patent landscape analysis, freedom-to-operate, infringement analyses and invalidity opinions.
Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Curran was a project manager for a global engineering and design firm. In that position, he collaborated with engineering offices in the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and managed the development of several design and construction projects.
Mr. Curran received his J.D. from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2008. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business in 2000 as well as his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1996 from Loyola Marymount University. Mr. Curran is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and its Intellectual Property Law Section, and a licensed professional engineer in Nevada.
