Scott C. Frost

Mr. Frost concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, banking and commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in complex insolvency, commercial law and financial restructurings on behalf of financial institutions. His litigation practice includes representing creditors in commercial proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Courts, Illinois state and federal courts and in various appellate courts.
Mr. Frost received his B.A. from Emory University in 1987 and his J.D. from Washington College of Law of American University in 1990.
Mr. Frost is a member of the Chicago Bar Association (Committee on Bankruptcy and Reorganization) and a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America. He was named to Illinois Super Lawyers® 2008 - 2010.
