John W. Hupp

Mr. Hupp concentrates his practice in the areas of business and corporate law. He has extensive experience in handling a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, share exchanges, acquisitions, dispositions, recapitalizations and liquidations. Mr. Hupp has also served as lead counsel for a number of family, employee and publicly owned companies over extended periods.
Mr. Hupp received his B.S. from Northwestern University in 1950 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1953. He is a member of the Chicago, Illinois and American Bar Associations.
