Mr. Buckley practices in the areas of business transactions and litigation, with a concentration in real estate, corporate and partnership relations, trade/service marks and commercial transactions including secured and unsecured financing and private placement securities. He has represented businesses consisting of sole proprietorships, partnerships and closely held corporations in a broad spectrum of industries including:

• manufacturing
• secured lending
• advertising/public relations
• real estate
• construction trades
• mailing and fulfillment
• hospitality management (hotel, restaurants, nightclubs, etc.)

This range of experience in the operational issues confronting businesses has equipped him to advise his clientele on all facets of an isolated transaction in addition to broader long-range planning to reach specific goals. With his litigation experience, Mr. Buckley also advises and directs his clients with an eye towards maximizing their strengths in the event conflict resolution becomes necessary.

Mr. Buckley received his B.A. from the University of Illinois – Chicago in 1976 and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School in 1981. He is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois as well as the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Buckley is a member of the American Bar Association.
