Mr. Bowman concentrates his practice in representing business corporations and trade associations, professional societies and other not-for-profit organizations. This representation encompasses all issues which they face, including structure and governmental requirements, employee benefits and relations, equal employment opportunity issues, mergers and acquisitions, financing and other transactional matters, environmental and occupational health and safety issues, real estate and all other business aspects.

Mr. Bowman has organized, structured and guided these and other organizations and governmental and voluntary entities. His experiences have included organization of one of the first, and currently largest, health maintenance organizations in the State of Illinois, rationalizing food and agricultural requirements, harmonizing governmental requirements with industrial capabilities and generally providing counseling to achieve common sense, mutually beneficial, solutions.

Mr. Bowman is a member of the American Bar Association (Antitrust and General Practice Sections) and the Lawyer's Club of Chicago. He is also a member of the Association Forum, the Chicago organization for trade association and professional society professionals (Education, Governmental Affairs and other committees) and other professional and shared interest organizations.

He received his B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University in 1958 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1961. He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois.
